At Davy Jones Fitness, Davy offers a wide range of services, including Gym Membership, Gym Coach group training classes, and Personal Training sessions tailored for individuals or small groups.

Looking for a fun, active, and safe way for your child to build strength, coordination, and confidence? Our Youth Gym Program is designed just for kids aged 10 to 14!
What We Offer:

GYM COACH FITNESS CLASSES

Gym Coach is a group training session, with morning and evening slots available: 6.30am - 10am Mon to Fri 4.30pm - 7pm Mon to Thurs.
Gym Coach is fun, affordable, motivating and social. Unique to Davy Jones fitness, our Gym Coach program is suitable for all levels of fitness.
Our team of highly qualified trainers will put you through your gym program. Gym Coach includes monthly assessments (1st Friday of every month), advice and encouragement.
Your workout takes 45/60 mins.
All for the amazing price of €30 per week or €100 per month.
You can choose how many days per week you want to train, we suggest 2/3 per week to start with.
